Topic: License purchase problems via Apple App Store
Please HELP!!!!
Is there a problem with purchasing a Stage License through the iOS App Store ??????? There seems to be a problem when trying to purchase a stage license for my iPad from the iOS App Store via my Pianoteq 8 iOS iPad app. When I press the Purchase button for the Stage license it directs me to authenticate first by entering a username and password which I don’t have. The Modartt website is not allowing me to set up a User Account.
Is this a practice by Modarrt to divert Stage License purchase through the the App Store by making it virtually impossible to purchase through the apple App Store via the iPad app??? Thus forcing users to purchase through the Modartt Website
Customer service at Modartt has been unhelpful. Slow response time , usually a day or so, and no clear answer.
Please tell me how to set up a User Account to be able to purchase the Stage License through my iPad. Purchasing through the website is not an option since I am trying to use my app store gift card credit.
