I tried different tempos, but too slow didn't work so well with Organteq, so this is my choice.

Hi Pianoteqenthusiast,
This is my recording of the Gymnopédie 1 with piano about a year ago: https://open.spotify.com/track/2s13VBZC...ec15664f47
Bravo Serge Smulders! I listened to all 3 Gymnopedies and to the Gnossiennes too. You play so beautifully and with a naturalness that I find most musical and appealing. I have to say I am totally blown away by you as an amazing pianist! Now I hear the difference - you the pianist - I’m the amateur
Some thoughts.
Although all the pianosounds are nice, I prefer the soft sound in Gymnopedie.
I like the tempo, some people play it too slow.
Well nuanced in some places and nice ritardando about 1.28 - 1.33 Gymno 1.
For some reason I like Gymno 2 more now. It’s your playing
And Gnossienne 2 is special - it’s like you are thinking before touching the keys, the piano is in your head. Beautifully played piece.
Nice music. Soothing, because I really have hectic days in my life now, and a sense of isolation, of being alone with a huge responsibility as a caregiver for my wife 24/7. But listening to your music and many others in the forum, when I have time, help me to relax.
Thank you so much Serge Smulders. Keep going!
Best,
Stig
