Hello jeff_harrington,
And welcome to the forum It’s great to have you on board
Interesting music. have not heard Pianoteq used in this kind of music.
I tried to analyze a little. I feel as 4 sections in this piece. 0 - 1,15 1,16 - 2,40 2,45 - 4,08 and then the "ending" with diminuendo as a nice contrast to the beginning with a crescendo from piano to forte in the second section (1,16 to 2,40)
I looked at the score and thought it have a ( for me ) a difficult rhythm because of the tempo. I have uploaded over 300 pieces Pianoteq/Organteq with different kind music, but can’t play this.
I liked the second part 1,16 - 2,40 much because of the crescendo to forte, Beautiful forte part. Enjoyed the part 3,40 - 3,56 because things happen. It’s always exciting when things happen in the music.
Thanks for sharing. Listening to this was like opening a door to a new world of music. I’m old but still learning - as Mahatma Gandhi said: ”Learn as if you were to live forever”.
Best wishes,
Stig
