Topic: Version 4 Feature
I am new to Pianoteq so I may be suggesting somethng that others will find unnecessary.
However, I will throw it out anyway and see what the reaction is.
It occurs to me that the keys on my keyboard deliver inconsistent sound volumes when a particular key velocity is applied to each key. That is easily corrected within note-edit and it works great. The problem is that there doesn't appear to be any means of retaining this modification throughout all of the presets or subsequent presets we create.
It would be nice to have a global volume preset which applies to the attached keyboard and all subsequent modifications to the volume will be relative to that global volume.
That way, if my keyboard has a few keys that seem to consistently deliver excessive (or too little) volume, this global volume preset could correct that.
So, there you have it. Feel free to enlighten me if that idea is unnecessary.
BTW ... is there any point in suggesting these things in this forum ? Are the Pianoteq creators paying attention to these comments ? Is there a better place to make these suggestions.
