Alexis Thibault wrote:Hello, the options to manage MIDI files on the iOS version of Pianoteq (8 or 9) can be accessed by dragging from the top of the screen to open the integrated MIDI player, and then tapping the name of the currently loaded MIDI file (usually "Preset demo"). This opens a pop-up menu which contains the same MIDI-related options as the desktop version's File menu.
Let me know if that is what you are looking for.
YES!!! That is exactly what I was looking for, and... WOW!!! I had no idea that menu was there. It seems a bit fussy about exactly where one is dragging from, it's not just "the top of the screen".
THANK YOU!!!! Sincerely, thank you! I played a gig last evening that I had hoped to have some video from to post on my webpage but the recording from the phone was really quite bad. I was playing Pianoteq and now, there is actually the potential to pull the midi file from the iPad and recreate it without that overwhelming background noise!
BTW, I'm going to have to tell Chat GPT that this funciton IS available. It was totally convinced that this option is not available on iOS so quit looking for it. Guess Chat GPT doesn't know everything, does it? LOL!
