I think its length of the graph in the design section. The decay is the graph height and the high frequency cutoff is the point where the slope falls off.

Duh, that can't be right its only 2 dimensions! The height is the impedance, and the high frequency cutoff is approximately where the slope starts to fall off. Still, this is what is used to vary the impedance.
