Changing the sample rate lead to "detuned" sound...possible bug?

The sound device is my Korg Kronos, via USB. 

I changed it directly in the options menu of the Pianoteq app.
On the ipad this does not happen.

As said, it is back to normal tune as soon as I close the options menu/window..  So it does not bother me greatly, but certainly interesting for the deveopers.

Usually I have to select the "Minimalist" MIDI profile, which I'm fairly sure is not the default, especially on controllers like the Kronos which have lots and lots of knobs, buttons, etc.  On my second-hand Oxygen keyboard, for example, I have several switches that are usually "stuck" sending a small stream of MIDI data constantly, which if PTQ is overly conscientiously listening to those messages, makes for potential problems (OTQ makes that even more exciting).  Normally, I'm just fine as long I'm using the minimalist preset.  This is especially true for the higher end stage pianos like Korg's wares, which often use a lot of intermediate proprietary MIDI messages that, through USB, end up getting exposed to PTQ and thus risk being misinterpreted by the software--sometimes seeming to do so at random.
