Has anybody else had this? I submit a post, then an error message appears saying I have to wait 60 seconds before posting again.

I've had this when posting several messages. But if you say it's been fixed. Strange, yes.

That sounds like something designed to stop computerized spam.
If it's a feature to stop spam that's excellent. It seems it was a bit buggy for a while, because a couple of times I got a duplicate post and had to delete one of them.
(Edit): oh no, it just happened again - duplicate post and no error message. Weird.
