Topic: A comparison between Organteq 1and Organteq 2.
My first music with Organteq were the day after Modartt announced it, 29.11.2019.
I was soooo excited but knew nothing about settings or pedal, I just wanted to play, play and try the sound, without any particular thought.

When I listen and compare, the Organteq 2 is a big step forward, the sound is as a real organ, the Organteq 1 is hard and sometimes raw (but still usable). There are some stops are unique. I still like both but Organteq 2 is fantastic.
Organteq 2 is a fantastic instrument, with endless possibilities for adjusting sounds and combining stops. Love it! And there are endless pieces of music out there. Much can be obtained for free from a musician in Contrebombarde. If you are looking for sheet music for versatile music, it may be worthwhile to register. Agnus_Dei provides his music as an attachment/PDF for all songs for free. He said everything I share is for all to use. (what a good fantastic person). He has over 3538 pieces already... (We are all invited by the owner ), post by Niclas, to join Contrebombarde. Although it is for Hauptwerk. (and for Organteq and Pianoteq harpsichord).
My Organteq pieces have got many listens there, 9814 listens right now, total number of comments 149, total recommendations 194, my number of uploads 178 so far. Interesting that they are listening to Organteq although they are using Hauptwerk….might be someone want to try Organteq 2……
I hope people uploading here, other than me, could sometimes upload same piece at Contrebombarde, so we get more visibility for this fantastic instrument. Might be that some day people from there are uploading music here - with Organteq!
