Many are awaiting the ability to import your own temperaments and while they wait using the Tuning parameter is available.
Below is the correct setting to copy and paste to this parameter to obtain 19 EDO 1/3 comma detuning from Equal Temperament:
Detune = [0, -36.85, -10.53, -47.37, -21.05, 5.26, -31.58, -5.26, -42.11, -15.79, 10.53, -26.32, 0, -36.85, -10.53, -47.37, -21.05, 5.26, -31.58, -5.26, -42.11, -15.79, 10.53, -26.32, 0, -36.85, -10.53, -47.37, -21.05, 5.26, -31.58, -5.26, -42.11, -15.79, 10.53, -26.32, 0, -36.85, -10.53, -47.37, -21.05, 5.26, -31.58, -5.26, -42.11, -15.79, 10.53, -26.32, 0, -36.85, -10.53, -47.37, -21.05, 5.26, -31.58, -5.26, -42.11, -15.79, 10.53, -26.32, 0]However, OrganTeq Tuning resolution will round these offsets to whole numbers so you get:
