Topic: New video Bach : Prelude n 5 in D Major, BWV 850 from WTC I

Dear Friend,

That's new video of my Bach WTC I Project.
I hope you like it ! It is the Prelude n 5 in D Major, BWV 850 from WTC I by Johann Sebastian Bach.

The prelude proceeds with an ingenious mechanism made of light, graceful and pleasant motifs, rather than strong and expressive ones.
Something reminiscent of a spring atmosphere pervades this piece: carefree beings seem to happily throw flowers at each other.

As usual, Pianoteq is excellent on my piano.

I hope you all enjoy my video.

My actual setting is:

Played on Yamaha P125 piano stage                                          Video Recording Samsung galaxy A54.
VST: Hamburg Steinway D Pianoteq Stage 8.2.1

To me that was absolutely stunning - what a speed!! And left hand from 0 - 0,58 could be like of a cello pizzicato! And nice those broken chords about 1,07  1,12  1,14.
Keep it up - continue the good work, the great playing Carmelo !

Best wishes,

Stig

Thank you so much Stig for your comment and support!!!!
Now I have Bach fever... I can no longer stop studying fugues and preludes.... Today I add another...
One in particular made me sweat a lot this week, Fugue n. 8 BWV 853 (magnificent by the way)...
I don't know if my hands are getting older but I can no longer be as fluid as I was as a boy, It always seems like my hands are too small... anyway I'll put it on when it's ready....
Carmelo
