Topic: Pianoteq on iPad & Xequence (or MIDI editing on iPad)

I'm trying to use Pianoteq on the iPad with Xequence, a MIDI sequencer, arranger and editor for iPad.  Although I can import a MIDI file from iCloud to both iPad Pianoteq and Xequence, I would ideally like to get Xequence to play directly in Pianoteq.  The only device listed in the Pianoteq devices tab is 'Network Session 1', and although this device is also listed in Xequence, playing in Xequence does not produce sound in Pianoteq.  There is no external device in this setup, all contained within the iPad.

As an alternative, does anyone have success using *any* MIDI editor on the iPad and getting the sound over to Pianoteq without exporting and importing MIDI files (and without requiring any hardware or software that is not on or connected to the iPad)?

I think the easiest is to install an app on your iPad like AUM or ApeMatrix, which will allow Xequence to send midi directly to Pianoteq (also loaded in AUM).
