Topic: Failed purchase but money was charged

I just tried to purchase pianoteq8 stage with my ipad. The creation of the account failed and the whole page vanished but the price was charged from my bank account via Paypal. I tried to log into pianoteq with the information I gave for the account but it says the account does not exist. What should I do?

PS. How can it be that there is no way to contact Modatt directly, there should be.

Tried the general support@modartt.com, didn't bounce back yet so that may be correct.

I was contacted by Modartt support and all is well now and I got my Steinway D and Bösendorf.
