Topic: Good quality, minimalistic iphone/ipad connection possible?

Hiho!

I know this topic has been covered in somewhat similar setups, but I am curious to know if there is a good "bare bone" solution for connecting my iphone to my piano. I own a Yamaha piano keyboard (p-105) that has USB host based midi interface. The standard solution I have seen in this forum is to buy a good quality hub for my iphone and then connect my keyboard an my scarlett box in this hub. But let's say I want an even lighter solution: is there a iphone adaptor that has 1) a power in, 2) a usb port and 3) a stereo jack with high quality DACs output?  I have seen a couple a cheapy ones that do that but is there good quality ones around?

This is a cheap one.  I don't have it, but it is recommended by the creator of a wind controller I use (the Warbl).

The other minimal solution is to use bluetooth midi.  I don't know if P-105 has bluetooth midi, but if it doesn't you could add a bluetooth midi adapter to its usb port.  Either the Yamaha UD-BT01 or a CME device.  Latency is slightly worse than with usb cable, but you get a no-cable solution.

Thanks! I had seen this model but wondering if it was good enough.
