Without further analysis this time, I say that this sound is good for this piece, this kind of music.
But I didn't really like the sound in Scarborough Fair because of too much reverb and a bit metallic sound or sharp… (to my ears).
But, keep going. I am still interested to see how far you can come (meaning when you are yourself satisfied) To me many pieces already sound very good.
