Topic: Jazz album mix is really just 1 new idea

Sticking with the same smooth(ish) jazz theme but just added one idea since the last album. Still have bass, drums, rhythm guitar and lead but added back one more lead again but this time it's only adding support with basically only arpeggiating chord progressions to add overall texture (well that is my thinking anyway)

A couple of representatives:

Actually this first one I'm not crazy about the beginning but I like it much more after 01:30

Enjoy!

A piquant addition, having a pleasant, spicy sound/taste, like a crisp mixed salad with an unusually piquant dressing. Good.

And the panning to the left is good, now I think the volume on the left is a little higher, good (at least what my ears tell me).

Favourites are: Drifting in sadness (again, the tempo) and in a way Tic tac.

Keep going!

Best wishes,

Stig

Hi Stig, nice descriptions!   Thanks for having a listen and your feedback!

BTW I downloaded the demo of Organteq last night, I can say I am quite lost. haha I don't know anything about the pipe organ. While I was getting some really pleasant sounds there are times all of a sudden it sounds like an 18 wheeler was bearing down on me from behind with its horn(s) going. lol  Just a learning curve I am sure.
