Loading user manual from Pianoteq

New Pianoteq user here - I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong but I've highlighted the user manual when installing Pianoteq but I can't get it to load from the drop down menu under 'Help'. Do I need to install something first? I can only get the manual by using the web browser. Grateful for any help you can offer. I'm using Windows 11.
