I imagine with the long term chip shortages development times will have been limited as manufacturers wouldn't necessarily have known which chips they could rely on being available.
Maybe this will mean manufacturers will have had to have got more creative though?!!
Perhaps with chip shortages the manufacturers will have to have concentrated on potentially more important things like improvements in mechanical keyboard actions?

Yikes, that sax sounded particularly jarringly fake.
In contrast the results you can get today with wind controllers is potentially dramatically more realistic. Obviously an unfair comparison. I don't think I would have chosen that sound to demonstrate the keyboard that's all.
The keyboard looks smart though. Personally I would be more interested in how they've improved controllers.
