Topic: Georgia (Pianoteq)

this is one of my favorite standards of all time.  in fact i almost always play it first thing on a solo gig just to get the fingers going.  Hoagy Carmichael has so many cool tunes ...

Magic ! Laid back, charming. The kind of tune you like to listen in a quiet moment, and that is very evocative. Can imagine the walking bass with the drums when you're starting to swing. Nicely done !

Re: Georgia (Pianoteq)

This is a very relaxing music. You make it soft and enjoyable. It is a song that, played in your way, can make me peaceful inside and everything feels like its going to be okay. Just what I needed now (I think you know why). Thank you budo.
I recorded, singing/playing, the song on CD many, many years ago, just for close friends

btw, please read my comment on Things aint what they used to be - if you have time.

Best wishes,

Stig
