I submitted the "Request an Academic Purchase Code" on the Modartt site. However, I never received a response. Yes, I checked my Spam folder.

Then, I submitted a question about the situation on the Modartt Support page. Still no reply. How can I contact Modartt to set up my Academic Purchase Code?

We have replied to you twice already. Perhaps the mail provider is applying some aggressive spam filtering which blocked the emails.

Please contact us again but use another email account to ensure you will receive our reply.
