Made in Linux using Pianoteq, Ardour DAW, SFizz .sfz soundfont sample player, Decent Sampler, Linux-Studio Plugins Stereo Impulse Reverb, etc. (links to tools/apps in video description at YouTube.

(No, I didn't hold the Sostenuto pedal down during the entire recording. That is a video mistake.
