Feature request: preset description

Would it be possible to include an extra button for the description text editor, 'OK & save' (or something like that), which would update the text and save the preset at the same time? I've lost count of the number of times I've been caught out, altering a preset description, then navigating away from the preset and losing the text which I've just entered...
