Topic: This is by far the most difficult music I have played (Organteq)

Dear listener/reader,

This is by far the most difficult and awkward piece of music I have ever played. At the same time, I think as an experimenter, I like this a lot, a strange piece.

In the Organteq user forum, Bidouille has uploaded an example of the tutti of Notre Dame of Paris organ (thread Choice of USB…)
Listening, I was so incredibly impressed, inspired, so I couldn't resist uploading playing, in that forum, something similar with our fantastic Organteq (which offers over a thousand pipes) inspired from Cavaillé-Coll's organs.
A recording should be in this forum, so here it is, the most difficult piece of music I have ever played. Bach toccata and fuge was easier for me !!

Pierre Cochereau, organist of Notre Dame of Paris from 1955 to 1984 wrote that improvisation is an art of illusionist. His improvisations are very famous. If I love pipe organ, it is because of this musician.

I encourage you to search "pierre cochereau improvisation" to understand what I mean.

I wish you a good hearing

Improvisation is, perhaps, the illusionist's art: but what would life be worth if we managed to lose all our illusions?

I like this too, it is a bit strange but quite inspiring.

Thank you for the kind words shiihs, and I'm glad you like the music - but have to say I'm still only an amateur (but working very hard with every piece)
And there are often some wrong notes, but as Beethoven said: To play a wrong note is insignificant, to play without passion is inexcusable”.

Best,
