Just a few days ago, I got the update from Pianoteq Stage 6 to Stage 8. Now I wish I would have got the Standard version instead. Is there a special price to go from this newly purchased Stage 8 to Standard 8?

In general pricing on upgrades between "levels" is basically the price difference between whatever version you have and the one you want. Note that if you go up a level (Stage to Standard) you also get another instrument pack.
Yes, support credited me for the $29 spent on the Stage version, so I just completed the upgrade to the Standard edition.
