Topic: What happened to the support?

Hello everyone, I have a request about an instrument package that I want to buy, I wrote to support on Saturday but they still haven't answered me and the 25% offer expires tomorrow. Is there a problem with the support?

I just think that, like many companies , people from Moddart doen't work during the week-end.

Just buy the pack you want. You can swap it out:

"I chose the wrong instrument pack during registration. What can I do?
If you change your mind regarding any of the chosen instrument packs during registration, please contact us within 14 days. We will then change it for you."
