Topic: Academic Discount and Pianoteq 8 upgrade

Hi, I have a license of Pianoteq 7 Standard and also an Academic Discount of 40% as a student (midage student, never late to keep on learning).

In the Academic discount form there is no option of direct upgrade my Standard 7 to a Standard 8...
Only options showed are:

Stage to Standard 8:
Standard to PRO 8
Stage to PRO 8

I've tried to contact support few days ago but didn't receive any answer yet...

Is there any option to use the "Upgrade any version to Pianoteq 8" with the 40% Academic discount?

Usually they use to answer. Check your spam folder.
I contacted them last week and their mail was marked as spam.
