One annoying quibble: why is it that when you upgrade, after you've copied and pasted your license key and proceeded to checkout, you have to re-enter all your information (email, name, address etc.). Doesn't make sense.
Yes, I quite agree. I don't remember having to go through all that rigmarole on my previous upgrade. Must be a new user account system, obviously needs improvement!
I agree it seems totally unnecessary when you have already logged in and applied the cut and paste serial number.
Maybe it's something to do with legal requirements?
Perhaps the sale pages aren't really linked to your account page?
