Topic: Quick Question - Sample does not load. Help appreciated

Hi,
i have a Casio GP 300 and got myself the demoversion of pianoteq. The piano is connected with the pc via midi, i have asio, so far all good. If i play notes on my piano i see it on my pc. The point is that if i play i still have my default samples of my gp 300. The pianoteqsamples are not played. I hope i will find some help here

You have to either lower the volume of the Casio or set the local control setting off (again on the Casio itself). Then, your pianoteq (which has no samples) needs to be amplified and sent to some speakers. You might be able to use the ones from the Casio itself, if it has line in, which you'll have to connect to the computer's line out (or headphone jack, if that's all you have).
Alternatively, and perhaps only for a test, you can use headphones connected to the computer.
Best of luck
