Topic: KIViR Not Adding
I get a message that says KIViR has been added to my add-ons and that I should see new presets in my presets list but I do not

KIViR is a separate download; unless that's changed?
It's not free to anyone (you have to have Pianoteq) so I don't know why they've chosen to do that:

It's not free to anyone (you have to have Pianoteq) so I don't know why they've chosen to do that:
I do own pianoteq and I've added those instruments before but I just got a new PC and now it's not working. I downloaded the add on file got the message saying it was added but I don't see it. The other free one (carillon and bells) works fine, idk why this one doesn't

If you go to 'options/instruments', you could see it in the list, and for some reason if it's 'hidden', you can toggle it to visible there.
On the welcome screen when first loading up Pianoteq, there's a link to that same area for convenience.

It's not in the list, and I have the file in my addons folder, so I don't know what's going on. I guess I'll just have to contact support
