Re: Piece for Piano (with Violin)

Hello honjr!
It’s great to have you back again, with your nice style. One can clearly hear that it's you. Wonderful music, and way of playing, and your special sound. The violin fits in very well too. I like it.

You make undoubtledly amazing different music - And you are so expressive! It seems like you deeply connects with every single note you play. I hope this is not the only piece of music you upload this summer.
Keep them coming!
I've always enjoyed your music

Best wishes,

Thanks Carpet4 - inexplicable how that happens, is it not?? One could conjecture for hours and never make any headway...

Sometimes it feels to me as if the secret to pulling it off is equivalent to creating a new universe with a different set of physics rules. Sure, things are gonna look weird in that universe, but they will be consistent and thus "make sense". If you write a musical piece that is built on the standard theory, yet breaks it on many ocassions, it will sound hard to digest. If on the other hand you create a piece that is built on a new set of rules, it can sound simple and inviting even though it defies standard theory.

Could not agree more, but of course most of the possible self-consistent frameworks are not convincing to many. C'est la vie!

What a terrific song. Thankyou for sharing. The piano sounds great.
