Topic: Slow to Synthesise, Variation I

It seems like Pianoteq 7 has inspired me to return to composing after being away for over 10 years, this one delves into a serene world of piano and synthesiser:

I'm using a very slightly tweaked version of the "NY Steinway D Prelude" preset in Pianoteq 7 (impedance increased a touch to allow longer sustain), combined with a performance on an analog synth (Korg Prologue).

Piano sheet music / interactive score available here, any feedback is welcome:

A big thank you to the Pianoteq team for creating the amazing NY Steinway D model

Re: Slow to Synthesise, Variation I

I love your composition. Perhaps slightly more suitable for an autumn day than in today's scorching temperatures (here at least), but very enjoyable nonetheless. Hopefully the new found inspiration will last a little and more music will come from it

Thanks - yeah I've been watching quite a few slow, dreamy films over the past few months, I really like film soundtracks with lots of space and exotic harmony so hopefully some of these have worked their subtle way into this composition
