Topic: Latest Piece - "Lightness Falls"

Hi, I'd like to share my latest piece with you:

https://youtu.be/3ry05LPGX0c

I recorded this while playing the HB Steinway D Classical preset, and then rendered it with HB Steinway D Classical Recording with the dynamics turned down to 40db to match.

Has a couple mistakes, but I was in quite a mood when I recorded it, which can never be duplicated. Any recording that I enjoy listening to many times is good enough for you.

All comments and criticisms welcome!

Composition number 419 !  Wow, you’ve been really busy Bravo.

I love that ”close your eyes”. It made me immediately listen to your playing more alert, awake, observant….. I really felt as I was standing near you in the same room, piano in front of me. Impressed by your way of playing the differences between piano and forte. Played with great feeling, I love every moment of this performance.

Thank you Halley5! Thanks for sharing. Beautiful. Waiting for next

BTW, ”…but I was in quite a mood when I recorded it, which can never be duplicated”. I have experienced the same with my recordings

Best wishes,

Stig

Edit      Listening several times again, the climax is from 2,45 - to end   3,18. Simply amazing! Your music’s most important and exciting part, the climax, the high point!      Surprisingly impressive!

That's exactly what I was hoping for! (Not to mention it makes the process of sharing my music a lot easier.)
