Seek help to recreate three pianos in Pianoteq

I'm looking for someone who is experienced at replicating pianos in Pianoteq.
Here are the pianos that I'd like to have presets of:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s3PpM7_R2Zg (another Steinway and what I consider the perfect piano, this one my friend tried to replicate but it just didn't work)
https://youtu.be/4IyRmhgxvJc (this is a VST that nobody knows what it is but it's very good and I'd like to be able to have something as close to this as possible in Pianoteq)
