Feature request: on/off button for general crescendo

A midi controlled on/off pushbutton for the general crescendo. This would enable to return quickly to the original registration. In addition, when off it would avoid unintended changes in the registration on occasional touching the crescendo pedal together with the swell. On the screen such a button could be placed close to or instead of the GC or Tutti button.
