Re: Tracce Graffiate: Petrof Prelude (a bit modified)
The videoclip and the music fit together perfectly. The waves make tracks/scratch in the sand in time with the rhythm of the music. As I experience it, Inventive! Good name for the piece.
After about 1,48 minutes is a change in music and again after 3 minutes, and a good ending. Small variations is the thing!
After listening and looking to this, my brain got stuck on repeat. I experience an earworm with this piece I think it means there is some thing good on it.
As I have learned, the most important thing is to have flow in the music, not to stop. You, sven, have that flow in the music, like the waves in the sea.
Thanks for sharing

Thank you for your kind words! I think the dog was wondering why I was sat on the beach not going anywhere.
Doing music pieces is rather like baking a cake, you never quite know how it's going to turn out. I inadvertently wandered into a Reddit sh*tstorm when I mentioned Einaudi as a contemporary classical composer people listened to and just to defend my position I had to learn up more about him than I originally planned. So that's partly why the Italian title (Google translate from 'scuffed traces') and also because I built the piece upon a 19-edo tune I did a couple of years ago called 'La Luna e I Falo' (The Moon and the Bonfires) which was inspired by the Pavese novel, and Pavese worked for the Einaudi publishing company, of whom he is a descendent. Too much information, sorry!
