Nice preformance, Stig !
Petrof Classical Recording is just the right one for this piece.
I really like your polyglot "jeu de mots" (Bad/Good)

In 1972 the Swingle Singers made a jazz version of this beautiful piece, with Michel Legrand and his sister Christiane :

Thank you so much for listening to my music. And I'm glad you mention Swingle Singers. They were my favorite group, and still are. I bought their vinyl record right away at that time and used it as a gateway to listen to classical music, Bach, Handel .... with my pupils. They started asking how Bach's version sounds. And it showed beginning interest in classical music. Very nice for me. Then we always started music lesson by listening to something classical.

Best wishes,

Stig

Yes, a lot of different classics. Actually a wide selection of classic themes from Bach...to Carl Orff. Each piece is followed with a jazz interpretation. Living in South Germany, Uwe Korn works as a music teacher, pianist and composer. The spectrum of his works as a composer and arranger ranges from piano to symphonic music, with a special focus on jazz music as well as on music for teaching purposes for all ages (Wikipedia).

I think there are several books. I found one in the library: Classics Meet Jazz   Original version + jazzy arrangement

Best wishes.
