Thanks so much budo, for listening and giving comments.
I listened to two variations on youtube, and got inspired, and made my own short versions. People’s improvising on youtube can last quite a long time, but I wanted several short variations, short ones.

Best,

Stig

Stig,

This is wonderfully creative. Enjoyed it immensely.
Do add some more variations. This was over way too soon!

Take care.

You know how people say Bruce Springsteen wrote Blinded by the Light but Manfred Mann owned it? I feel the same about this Paganini tune and The Rach.

Nice job!

Thank you moshuajusic for nice comment and reminding me of Bruce and Manfred. And Rach

Of Rachmaninoff’s 24 variations the slow 18th variation is the best known, often included on classical music compilations without the rest of the work. It is based on an inversion of the melody of Paganini's theme. Don’t remember in which film it is used.

I think Rach’s ”Rhapsody on a theme of Paganini”, 18th variation, is absolutely timeless and beyond beautiful. When the strings come in I’m dreaming……

Thank you for listening to my music. More is coming, different kind. Stay tuned

Best wishes,

Stig
