Topic: Extended note preference NOT SAVED

I've created a few custom presets for MKI and MKII; the default is a 73-key keyboard, but each time I choose to extend and save to 88 keys within my preset, it still never saves this preference. Each time I bring up the app and preset I have to go in and choose to extend to 88 keys manually (not practical during performance). I want to be able to save this preference - is it possible?

If I save a new preset with 88 keys enabled it stays that way when I return to it. You do have to save it when you make a change. Changes aren't automatically remembered thankfully.

Not sure what is happening for you there. If I find anything in the preferences I will report back.

I keep saving and re-saving my preset with extended keys enabled, then whenever I return to it it's the shorter key range

Maybe you have found a bug in a different version?
I'm using the latest  7 "Standard".

Re: Extended note preference NOT SAVED

Weird! I tried in the Pro version to change both MKI and MKII shorter presets to longer keyboard version and the saved presets do recall the changes in the keyboard range. Latest 7.4.2 update here.

With your answer that narrows it down to two main possibilities (failing unlikely user error).

1) He's using an older buggy version of Standard or Pro.
2) He's using a buggy version of Stage, which may be the current one?

I am using 7 Stage
