Topic: Cannot see a different keyboard

PT6 works fine with Windows 10 Home, my own Yamaha keyboard and Echo Mia Midi PCIe card, Echo ASIO driver connected with Roland UK ONE midi/USB interface cable.  However when I took all my gear and connected up to my daughter's Technics sx px802 digital piano with local switched on Pianoteq could not see the Technics. (yes I did go into pt midi settings) The send light on the um one blinked if a key was pressed. Help appreciated as this is a test before she buys a new Pianoteq download (not mine).

Maybe you should look for the Roland  midi usb interface with ptq midi settings. Check you have the latest driver for this also.

Because if you are using a midi usb interface, you will see that in ptq. Only if you take a direct usb to usb from the Technics would you see the Technics in ptq.

Hope this helps

Warmest regards,

Chris
