Continuing my exploration of forgotten composers, here is a Rhapsody by English composer and educator Alec Rowley (1892-1958). Although Rowley is most remembered, if at all, for his pedagogical pieces, he wrote some lovely mature piano works, including this Rhapsody (subtitled 'For Erin') from 1920.
