Shortened Octave

Is there any way to change the tuning of the lowest 4 or 5 keys to mimic a "shortened octave" that is found on some organs?
That would be a good way to practice for using the real organ.

I would also like to have a "continuo organ" setting for practicing for playing baroque music in a small group.
