This is interesting, it reminds me of something….I have never heard and still it is  partly familiar… 0,50  1,02  1,15 - 1,17   Well, it is microparts from Debussy Arabesque 1 !   

Debussy's music is simply magical. It's kind of dreamy, and somehow it makes you feel nostalgic. And so is this piece too. Thanks,

Yes, you are right, Debussy is not far away...
Why Toccadilla ?
As I always spend a lot of time finding a title, when I work on a piece in Reaper I start by giving it a provisional title with the date, for example 20210414_xxxx.
Here it was "20210414 Et toc ! (That's it !) a bit by chance.
For the final title it made me think of a small toccata, Toccadilla. (I don't even know if the word really exists in Italian or Spanish...)
