3) Theatre Organ OrgPiano. Using Organteq & Pianoteq ”fusion”
Theatre Organ OrgPiano. Using Organteq & Pianoteq ”fusion”. Most theatre organ musical arrangements are improvised or created by the organist, so did I here too, improvising in my first testdemo in this genre. But I’m not an organist
I think we shall not compare with Wurlitzer Theatre Organ, it’s impossible, because this OrgPiano is using modelled sounds…..
Anyway, as a joke, maybe Disneyland should have this
And the music describe: I saw in my mind, jugglers, a snake charmer, skilled dancers, clowns, on the stage when improvising. Maybe I get you curious enough to ask to want to hear more of my music.
And many thanks to you, dazric! Without your idea, this would not have been possible
4) Melody in F Anton Rubinstein Organteq
https://forum.modartt.com/uploads.php?f...nstein.mp3
I have listened to this piece, people playing piano, flute, orchestra, trumpet, organ etc. And everyone have their own way in choosing tempo, some very slow, some very fast…..
I wanted tempo changes to make it more interesting to listen to. I tried to play it slow but to me it was boring….I don’t know much about the art of musical interpretation and how to apply it, but I played as I felt, feeling creative
5) Pianoteq - Dreamland
Dreamland - playing about a beautiful place, existing only in my imagination.
6) Piano - strings 1 (midi file name)
Using Pianoteq Bechstein and Organteq in the background. Midi file S. C. Doonan (with permission) Love this piece
7) G.F. Händel - Suite No. 7 In G Minor, HWV 432: VI. Passacaglia
This, is just a part of the "Passacaglia" movement, at the end of of the 7th suite, of the eight keyboard suites from Händel. I have made my own arrangement some places, just for fun, it’s all about chords of course, in every music piece. Layering Ptq and Orgtq in a part. Using drums some places.
The best known piece of these suites is the last part of the fifth, with the nickname 'The Harmonious Blacksmith', because it is said you can hear the hammer of the blacksmith in the piece ( I’ll try to record it).

8) Sun Glitter on Water .My newest composition (inspired a bit by Stephen_Doonan's music).Ptq Bechstein + sounds from GarageBand. Hope you like it
9) The harmonious Blacksmith
G.F. Handel Suite No 5 in E Major 'The Harmonious Blacksmith’ (At the end of the suite)
One story is that Handel heard the blacksmith singing the tune which would later become the Air; this explanation fits in nicely with Handel's general technique of borrowing tunes. There are other stories and explanations too, Wikipedia.
For harpsichord, but people play it vid piano, I thought why not with Organteq. Using 5 different registrations.

11) Theme fromSymphony 40, Mozart. My impro. Changed it in my own way.
12) A Mighty Fortress is Our God (Ein feste Burg ist unser Gott)
This hymn is A Mighty Fortress is Our God (Ein feste Burg ist unser Gott). It is one of the best known hymns by the reformer Martin Luther. He wrote the words and composed the melody sometime between 1527 and 1529. It has been translated into English at least seventy times and also into many other languages. The hymn has been used by numerous composers, including Johan Sebastian Bach. I play one version of Max Reger (1873 - 1916).
Somewhere I read that on the base of Luther's tomb is inscribed, A Mighty Fortres Is Our God.
To hear the bass pedal part (melody)and distinguish other parts, you should probably listen with headphones. With my speakers it did not sound so good.
I play the prelude/Intro first and then the Hymn.
13) A. Vivaldi 1678 - 1741 Spring, 2nd movement, largo, from The Four Seasons
Largo (probably Vivaldi himself):
On the flower-strewn meadow, with leafy branches
rustling overhead, the goat-herd sleeps,
his faithful dog beside him.
Unusual for the period, Vivaldi published the concerti with accompanying sonnets (possibly written by the composer himself) that elucidated what it was in the spirit of each season that his music was intended to evoke. Vivaldi took great pains to relate his music to the texts of the poems, translating the poetic lines themselves directly into the music on the page. For example, in the middle section of "Spring", when the goatherd sleeps, his barking dog can be heard . (Wikipedia)
My sound/arrangement: Layering NY Steinway New Age, Hand Pan natural hand played and MK I Sweet Flanger + Using 2 different Organteq sound in the melody + Orgtq background sound + Orgtq bass (pedale).
Just like Vivaldi, it took me pains to relate the music (to make sound and arrangement) to the text of the poem, (the goatherd sleeps) that elucidate what it is in the spirit of season spring that his music is intended to evoke.
Well, I ended up layering different Ptq sounds using ithem together with Organteq.
Oh, what a joy to have these modern Modartt tools to work with
Enjoy!
As often, this piece sound better with headphones than with loudspeakers....and the dog, well, is barking once, at about 2,09
14) Morning Mood
"Morning Mood" (Norwegian: Morgenstemning i ørkenen, 'Morning mood in the desert') is part of Edvard Grieg's Peer Gynt, Op. 23, written in 1875 as incidental music to Henrik Ibsen's play of the same name, and was also included as the first of four movements in Peer Gynt Suite No. 1, Op. 46.
The piece depicts the rising of the sun in desert during act 4, scene 4, of Ibsen's play.
When I mention this piece, people always think about mountains in Norway. But, the hero Peer is stranded in the Moroccan desert. Scene begins with the following description: Dawn. The group of trees with acacias and palm trees. Peer Gynt in the tree with the broken branch in his hand keeps a swarm of monkeys from life.
As the suite has taken the piece out of its original context, it is not particularly well known in its original environment, Moroccoan desert, not Norway.

15) Toccata (and fugue) in D minor J. S. Bach My short test, simplified version how could it sound, can I record it.........

16) Where you there My rendition in 2nd part probably extremely different from orig. Hope I don't get complains as Bach did
I wanted to share this song with you because I find it simple, but very beautiful. My rendition, well, my way of playing part 2 is probably extremely different from the original version…..which reminds me reading about an interrogation with J.S. Bach, 18 year old, document protocol, complaints. The church council thought he was playing too modern music, and the chorale preludes were too long and difficult, so people didn’t know what hymn to sing. - Well, I hope you don’t think my playing of Where you there, part 2, is too difficult to understand, so that I also end up in some ”church council”

17) Badinerie J. S. Bach from Orch.suite No 2 recorded with headphones, my own arrangement. I think badinerie means a "joke".

18) Erard 1922 - Lascia Ch’io Pianga (from ”Rinaldo”) compsed by G. F. Händel.

21) Music By G. F. Händel and J. S. Bach. I have gathered these great classical pieces, from Handel’s Messiah to Bach’s Passion music: He shall feed his flock, How beautiful are the feet, I know that my redeemer liveth, Hallelujah, O sacred head now wounded. Enjoy.
22) Modern Bach-like, revised. Like in my piece MeGaMu I thought again I was Bach's student

23) J.S. Bach - Toccata and Fugue in D minor BWV 565 (edited by Rudolf Walter)
Dear listener,
This was the most difficult piece of music for me, incredibly demanding and difficult for a self-taught organ amateur (worse than Brandenburg concert). But, I hope you take it into account, when you are listening and perhaps may think it does not usually sound like this
Let me explain: I've watched almost every version of this piece on Youtube, and in my opinion, too many players race through the piece, like they try to be the fastest player, or rent the organ by the minute…..I think my tempo, unusual, is good for me, letting the reverberations to play out before continuing. Could it be the most perfect tempo - probably for me (with my thick and more and more and more stiff fingers, sad)
Maybe, the greatest piece of music ever written for the greatest instrument ever created. - I have said once before, I would like to have an old castle in the middle of the woods and play this tune, while it’s thundering, and the Modartt team and all these 5000 forum members listening to the wonderful Organteq
J.S. Bach - Toccata and Fugue in D minor BWV 565, the the most challenging task so far.
There are some places I simply can not play right, can not manage, I couldn’t do, and I really apologize for that - but I got through the piece somehow, and I really did the best I could. Anyway, have not heard anyone else play Toccata with Organteq. Had to use Kbps 128 to get file size down to 10MB which is max at shared files, so the sound quality is lowered.
I hope you enjoy!

Here a better version with less distorsion, adjustment of the sound before output without normalization, no distortion with my speakers
24) If you’re happy and you know it clap your hands.
After playing Toccata I had to do something totally different. Improvised around this traditional folk song. Using Pianoteq, Organteq (several different solo part) Liverpool Bass and a short drum track at the end.
25) Isolated in Corona Space I think, that the pandemic is unlike anything else I have dealt with in my lifetime. And when I’m feeling extra tired, I take the time to rest by playing/recording/composing more with Pianoteq/Organteq. It give me kind of energy. This pandemic will not last forever.
Interesting how things that happen in our lives, on the whole, can affect how we compose music. This piece is a result of thinking about the pandemic.
26) A gentle mistral wind from west / Petrof 284 Mistral Warm. I was thinking what is the meaning of mistral - a wind. And coming from west it is gentle, not bad. So, thinking this, and playing.

28) Hammond - like music examples. Work in progress. Fusion Ptq/Orgtq sound and can it sound like some kind of hammond?

29) Cakewalk Debussy, composed this in 1909 for his Méthode de Piano. The subtitle describes it as as a Cakewalk. It is reminiscent of Golliwogg's Cakewalk from his Children's Corner, a piano suite that he had composed a year earlier, 1908 .(Wikipedia)
Played with Pianoteq Petrof 284 Mistral.

30) Organmusicmaticteq Well, I found one musicbox too, (like Beto-Music in Orgtq forum) - Organmusicmaticteq. I also did not know that this one existed, however, this one is with virginal, not with spinet as Beto's.
I think it is in bad condition and need to be tuned and some of the pipes are in bad shape

32) The Drottningholm Music (Swedish: Drottningholmsmusiken) Royal wedding 1744 Sweden, consists of 33 movements, this is movement 20
The Drottningholm Music (Swedish: Drottningholmsmusiken) is the popular name of the music that was composed by Johan Helmich Roman and first performed at Drottningholm Palace at Lovön near Stockholm on 18 August 1744 at the wedding of Crown Prince Adolf Frederick and Princess Louisa Ulrika of Prussia.
The music was composed especially for the royal wedding, and consists of 33 movements. The movements are very different from each other; there is music both for ceremonious entries and for dance, for example minuets. The wedding was celebrated in three days, under which the royal orchestra, directed by Roman, is believed to have been strengthened by the orchestra that Adolf Frederick had brought from Germany. The number of musicians was approximately 24. This is the movement 20.
