How to save MIDI assignments

Hi,

when I make MIDI assignments to presets (in the preset management window) and then hit save, they do not recall when I restart Pianoteq next time.
I tried saving them as new presets etc. it still will all be blank again when I reopen the app.

How do I make MIDI assignments "stick"?
