Topic: Solved: recording of midi not as long as pedal is depressed

When listening to the "recently played on the keyboard" I notice that the midi-recording stops as soon as I lift the key(s), even if I still have the sustain pedal depressed.
That means: the recording stops at once.
It would be great, if the recording of the midi would continue until the sustain pedal is back to zero.
It should be doable, since the pedals send midi-data just as the keys do.

Strange, I just tried here with a 5 seconds notes interruption while keeping the sustain pedal down and replaying a few notes, it was all recorded in one single file.

I will check it and see how reproduceable it is. I've had it several times.

I reviewed some recorded midi-files.
Those ended how they should: until lifting of the sustain pedal.
Probably, the mentioned problem seems to happen once in a while.
