D4v4 Sympathetic Resonance (And Harmonic Pedal) is broken in V7

If there's one piano I'd have to choose as my all-time favorite, it'd be the D4v4, but it has changed from V6 to V7 - the sympathetic resonance is broken.

The easiest way to hear this is choose, for instance, the "D4v4 Player Clean" preset in V7 and just try the harmonic pedal - it barely does anything. Even with the sympathetic resonance turned up to 5.00, it's very weak. If you try the original V6 version of the same preset you get a strong response even with the sympathetic resonance at 1.00. This is not a subtle difference and it is easy to hear it.

You also hear a difference even without the harmonic pedal; you can also hear a clear difference in tone, particularly on the highest notes.

Is there some way to restore the D4v4?
