Re: Grieg - Arietta 414 Hz
Nice to hear Grieg. I like Grieg’ music much. (You have probably heard my recordings for example Last Spring and The herdmaidens sunday, Organteq).
Beautiful music this little piece but a bit sad, I think it sounds like Twinkle little Star from 0,16 - 0,23 You play it a bit faster than I have heard it, but it makes the piece ”refreshing”. I think everyone play this piece in their ”own” tempo, style. Of course, we are different, when playing it’s probably about mood, expectations, life experiences, musical preference….. But, this is good, Romariozen! Great playing. Upload more of Grieg. I appreciate you for making this forum interesting with different kind of music. I’m listening every day. It’s part of my life

Hi, thanks. I am a bit tired of super sedative slow tempo, once I have heard the rendition of Denis Kozhukhin, from that moment I like fast tempo the most. You can find his Grieg album on Apple music

I agree with PTE, the tempo is 'refreshing' and comes across very well. IMO Grieg is often underrated. The harmonies in some of his pieces seem to anticipate Gershwin! I like the piano sound - is it NY Steinway D?

Gorgeous Romariozen. Thank you.
I too enjoy the pace and I think the superb detail is to be revered.
Lovely to hear, my best wishes to you.

I used sustenuto on the lowest Es until the fourth phrase and also pre-pedaled the very last broken chord to catch more notes

So well performed Romariozen - this is the 3rd time I've returned to listen. It does feel timeless and I'm sincerely very proud of your substantial accomplishment.
