I hope not.  32-bit should have died a death a couple of decades ago.
There are no technical advantages to 32-bit, only disadvantages. It's an unlikely combination having a  CPU powerful enough to run pianoteq 7 really well and it being a 32-bit Windows system in 2020.
I'm sure it's perfectly possible for them to have developed it, just an utter waste of time for them (with DAW developers deprecating or even completely removing their 32bit versions) and continuing to hamper future performance by leaving confused customers with one foot in the past.

So if you've got an ancient machine still running a 32-bit Windows operating system it's better to upgrade it, at the very least to take advantage of the massive memory advantages of 64-bit.
32-bit Windows limits you to just four gigabytes.

This is a problem that comes up from time to time, where studios will have some part of the production pipeline or signal chain locked into 32-bit--especially where there's older digital hardware or proprietary software.  This is particularly true of studios that are much bigger than mine that invested $100K+ in single pieces of hardware which become too central and expensive to readily replace just for software reasons.  I've watched audio broadcast facilities spend unbelievable amounts of money converting analog equipment to digital; they find that they don't like the limitations of digital; and they sell it all and buy equally-expensive, new analog equipment.  It gets to be quite a costly activity.

On a much smaller scale, I deal with the fact that my MIDI notater is less than 8 years old and isn't really worth what the company decides their upgrades should cost, but it's locked into 32-bit despite being on a 64-bit OS for many years now, so I have to route MIDI out of it virtually and into a 64-bit host for VSTs, and some of my older VST plugins--that like the notater work just fine--are still locked into 32-bit, and now most DAWs don't detect them so I have to weigh how much I want to spend to update (if the companies and products still exist) or find other solutions like running multiple legacy versions of a DAW for specific plugin functions.

I wish there were a simpler, easier, and more reliable way of extending the length of time that software and digital hardware can be integrated into both large and small studios.
