Topic: A. purchase cant register to PianoTeq. No confirmation email received

Hello,

I purchased PianoTeq Pro v7 and assigned it to my main email address.
I wanted to use the license on my Account but I was unable to register/sign in.
Previously, I was transferring my PianoTeq v6 license to another Account, but decided now to get v7 a new try.

I wrote to support twice, but didn't get any confirmation to my email that I wrote at all, that there was actually something arriving.

Note that, my E-Mail address I wrote from was a different one, than the one I have in this account.

I have now waited 2 days. Do I have to wait like a week? I'm not even sure if my support requests did arrive.

Wrote back to support. First response didn't seem to help, because still can't sign in even with new credentials.

Just want to encourage you to keep in touch with support Defenz0r.

I know how changes to email and so on can be out-of-template and sometimes convoluted to get right within a customer data system, esp. with online component and software activation systems - generally it's run smoothly for me for my years - but I don't think I've known of a customer who's had a similar issue remain unsolved. They will want your issue solved too

After the sales, they will likely be more busy than other times of the year with similar upgrades and changes to user accounts.

Hope your issues get resolved soon - let us know who you get along - and hope that you can be up and running shortly.

Well, I'm quite frustrated since I couldn't get the instrument packs at a discount because I wanted to buy them after I had PianoTeq running..
By the way, do you have any buyers remorse buying the entire Studio Bundle?

I'd ask support if they will apply the discount from the date - I'm pretty sure, if it's a glitch of some kind (not your fault) that they may allow it. I've known them to take care of this kind of thing for customers in the past.

You can always choose to update to Studio bundle later, after you're sure you're happy with the other tiers.

If you suspect you might eventually buy a dozen instruments, you'll probably save some large enough percent to get Studio bundle early. (I recollect that I bought a few extra pianos before I thought I'd end up getting them all anyway).

Pianoteq is my personal favorite and most useful and most used music software purchase. Have spent a great deal more for various tools - I find Pianoteq very reasonable in pricing.

I've been using computers in music creation since the early 90s and can honestly say Pianoteq has become the most valuable tool in my VST kit. From small install size and no hassles with regular updates - this performs like good engineering all over to me.

All the instruments are exceptionally useful. With the new morphing and layering tools, Studio bundle does make for better value now, simply for all the choices to mix with.

But, for the pianos alone, there's no other pianos I use now for composing, playing, recording (have used many). Version 7 is better than I expected in my time and to me it's like getting a good recording of a real piano 'on tape'. It's able to be tuned, tweaked and regulated realistically, or beyond. Nothing like it. I see many come to the forum not sure how to use some of the tools but over time most get the gist.

I love it and use it so much, I chip in here regularly - only forum I spend time on - for respect to the people who make it, and respect for the other members here - wonderful community.

Hoping your entry to Pianoteq goes smooth from now - welcome - and really hope you're soon to be playing piano.

Modartt suport use to be great.

Maybe now they are involved in some project os some beta testing of something, or maybe the pandemic effects caused some problem in some relative of them. I don't know, but I know there are very competent and will sure help you as needed, as soon as they can.

Keep faith in the Modartt guys ;-)

How does that work? Let's say I have bought the pro bundle and 3 instrument packs.

Will I have to pay the full 800 EUR or will it be like 800 eur - (cost of pro bundle +3 instrument packs)?

Cause if I end up paying more, I could actually get the studio bundle right away..

The price is lowered by the amount you paid already. The cart should show it if you step through (hope that's what you mean).

If it doesn't or you are not sure - definitely contact support to be certain of something. My experience was plain sailing from start to finish.

If budget is green-lit, and you're happy with demos and all, and think you want all the instruments (not everyone will of course) not a negative thing IMO.
