Topic: Pianoteq 7 Activation Failed

Pianoteq 6 is still working, but I can't activate 7. I filed a support case a couple of days ago and haven't heard back. They don't even send a response that they received my support request, so I feel kind of in limbo. Would love to use the new version I bought!

It's confusing to me that in the User Area it now only shows Pianoteq 7, with 0 activations. Doesn't show Pianoteq 6 with I've activated on 2 Macs.

Tech support took care of me! Apparently something had to be fixed on their end.
